Homemade Skyflakes Tuna Nuggets

Hello there!

For today’s post, I will share to you one cheap food recipe that I have learned during this lockdown.This dish has been circulating online for quite some time and few of my friends have already made this easy recipe that can be a ‘pulutan‘ in your ‘inuman‘ sessions or an ‘ulam‘ when you are lazy to cook.

In a bowl, I put 2 packs of Skyflakes and crushed it into tiny bit pieces. After that, I added 1 can of Century Tuna and mixed it together with the crushed Skyflakes. Then, I put 3 tablespoons of all purpose flour, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and 1 sachet of spanish paprika into the tuna-cracker mixture. Mix it well. After, I molded the mixture into a nugget-sized pieces and fried it for 3-5 minutes in both sides ( I prefer deep fry! ) and tada! You have now a tuna nuggets! Serve it with rice and your favorite ketchup or beer or whatever you like! 🙂
